God put a 1000 year seal on theDevil

thus the seal on the devil is IIII I (sealed together)
since i do bear those marks, guess I AM the devil, and if you read "The New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures" somewhere in the back it explains The Devil ruled the world as a god. So in fact when the Devil put that IIII I (sealed together) on Himself, He proved He was the God who put a 1000 year seal on the Devil.
so yes its possible to give the devil an appointment but without funding, its unlikely He will show up. Funding would also be required for body gaurds of secret service quality. Cause the Devil can't take His hunting riffle out of the country.
