I agree with The Wiz.
It appears that you're trying to get big arms...but nothing else. You'll probably badly injure yourself long before you see any significant development of your arm muscles.
Here's a tip: Exercising and workouts, (especially to achieve larger, more defined muscles), are only effective if you get enough rest in between workouts. In other words, you have to at least take one or two days off of working out each week, otherwise your muscles will have no time to recover from injury, meaning that you won't see significant muscle development. This means that lifting "11 kg, 100 times a day," for every day will only, (in the long run), result in muscle failure.
If you want to develop bigger muscles, you also have to eat well. If, for example, you primarily eat foods that are not nutritional, your muscles won't develop either.
Also, like The Wiz said, in your case, swimming will only serve to increase your cardiovascular capacity, (assuming you get enough rest each week). Although, swimming can provide more definition for your muscles, it will only happen if you "lighten" your weekly workout routine.
On top of which, you shouldn't just focus on your arms. You should workout your entire body to see significant development in your arm muscles, (i.e. biceps, triceps, shoulders, etc.) The reason being that our human bodies are "meant" to be balanced. Have you ever seen a person with gigantic arms, but skinny legs? I know I haven't. So unless you train the rest of your body's muscles, you won't see much development in your arm muscles.
To summarize...
- Exercise your full body consistently
- Eat healthier foods
- Get enough rest
Otherwise you will see little or no results at all.

You should expect to have a very weird looking body. The swimming is not enough to do much, except to have a moderate effect of your cardiovascular system, You are obviously overtraining your biceps, so you should probably see some shrinkage in those muscles as well as excessive strain on your joints. Working one body part (biceps) without working the other 211 muscles in the body doesn't make any sense.
