Why 3 times? It depends on the rental I guess, if they can't get it back from you, they will start legal procedings, & if not, maybe file for your arrest.
Stop asking the same question 3 times, there are only a certain number of answers you will get!

Like an apartment rental bill? No, the apartment people can get a collection agency after you but they cannot get you thrown in jail for it. There are no debtor's prisons in the US. You do not get jailed for not paying a debt.

House rental bill? No, but you can lose your house. I guess jail would be better than living on the street.

listen, unless you could be subject to some criminal law for FRAUD, you will not go to jail for ANY type of rental bill.
