Every height is a "normal" height if it is your height. Perhaps you wanted "average" height? The only way for you to grow taller is to have yourself reborn with different genes. Stop obsessing about it.

no there isn't that i know of. height shorter than 5.3 is considered short for a man, but you r 5.5 so don't worry u r not short.

It's too late now. You might have been able to take growth hormones when you were younger. Wear lifts in your shoes if you want to appear taller.
