A suit! If you don't have a business suit then I would wear a pair of slacks or a skirt with a sweater or a button-down shirt. Anything "preppy" or "girly" should be perfect!

To job interviews they say not to wear black. But I say if you team some black slacks with a nice light colored shirt and blazer you should be fine. Times have changed. Dresses are not mandatory. Femininity is reachable without looking like your from Little House on the Prairie

Keep it simple - slacks or maybe even khakis with an oxford shirt or nice sweater should be fine. Don't wear something you aren't comfortable in. You may not interview as well. Just don't wear jeans , a t-shirt, a sweatshirt, etc.

Be sure to wear something that is true to who you are....Don't just try to look the part. If a shirt with a collar is your thing, wear that with a sweater. The pants don't have to be suit pants. Something trendy is fine....just don't wear denim or anything tight!!

To any interview, McDonalds to Dillard's, it is suggested that you whear slacks (black or tan) a button up shirt (tucked in or out) and dress shoes. Whear modest jewelry, never anything too big or gaudy, and you may or may not fix your hair up, that's up to you. NEVER where tenni-shoes, shorts, or a large T-shirt to and interview.

I agree with the pants suit, but a short business skirt with high heels always gets the job done
