what do they have to do? yes they had a slow start, but they beat the league record for fastest to .500 from a 0-6 start, they have been winning all their games against teams like the suns, and lets face it, baron davis is a manbeast. all of their games are exciting, even if they do lead the league in points allowed. but really, whats not to love(and fear)?

Exciting doesn't necessarily win games. I'm not saying that GS is not a threat, they certainly are in contention for a playoff berth, however, when you face them up against a team like the Jazz, they'll just get pounded inside. If you notice, whenever Utah plays GS, Boozer gets some remarkable numbers. It's the danger of Nellie's small ball, there's no inside post presence, they don't really have big men that play like big men. You know you're giving up a significant inside presence when your biggest post threat is Stephen Jackson.

They can beat anybody, and they're definitely the most enjoyable team in the league to watch play. My concern would be their inconsistency, but it seems like they've got that hammered out after the slow start.

They used to play this same style back in the days of Run TMC (Tim Hardaway, Mitch Richmond and Chris Mullin) and I'm glad to see it back. To me, this is the most enjoyable type of basketball to watch, a freewheeling game of athleticism and speed.

classic west coast bias, everyone wants to talk about the celtics and the cav's in the east, the warriors should get alot more praise especially after beating dallas in the first round last year being one of the youngest team's in the league

They are such beasts, they shocked me last year when they beat my mavs but all i have is respect for them now. Stephen Jackson, Baron Davis and Matt Barnes play with so much heart. I love those guys for playing as hard as they do.

Plain and simple. Bad defense and no inside presense. Andris Biedrins isn't exactly the scariest Center in the league

Cause Baron Davis never plays a full season and without him they won't do much.

As long as B-Diddy is in-shape & healthy they can beat just about anybody.

only the fans don't think they are a threat. it would be difficult for the warriors to make the playoffs. but once they do, they can cause potentially big matchup problems to whoever team faces them.

no defense, no rebounds. they are just a flashy team who can score big numbers. but they play poor defense so the other team scores big too. theres no championship quality there. did you see all those fouls they made last night? lucky they were playing sacramento or else some real damage might have been done.
