I liked Jingels, but her wasn't really a gunfighter. A really tough guy would be Gary Cooper or the Lone Ranger, no, the Lone Ranger wasn't really out for blood either. How about that guy that wore black, had a deep voice and a bad complexion? He had a big nose, too. I think it was Paliton.

John Ireland seemed most realistic. (Remember he was in Red River with John Wayne and Montgomery Clift.)
I liked Clint Eastwood in his role as Rowdy Yates in the old TV serial "Rawhide".
