I have looked up for this information, as my husband does have a small scrotum, but is highly sexual and is a man in every way, just sterile. He will not go to the doctors because of the sheer embarrassement.

I just wonder if there are other chaps out there that have the same problem

Not that problem but really the testicles produce sperm and that is about it you can still have huge sex drive and no sperm. Like myself who got snipped a number of years ago meaning over the years the testicles will stop processing sperm and still have huge sex drive and makes my wife crazy.

It can be embarassing but really I think you must tell him to get it checked out just to be on the safe side and to make sure nothing else is wrong.

IF ANYTHING HE SHOULD LOOK AT GETTING IT REMOVED IT IS VERY UNHEALTHY AND COULD BE TOXIC TO HIS SYSTEM IF HIS TESTICLES ARE DEAD TISSUE.

You mean "testicular" failure? If he's on medications, some may deem him inactive. I can understand his not wanting to see a doctor but he has to start thinking about you & the desires you have & be able to fulfill your needs. Some gentle coaxing may help & offer to go with him. Good luck! :)

Of course there are but seriously if he will not go to the dr's then it is his own fault they are very proffessional about it so what is the deal?????
