I think it would be very difficult for the transsexuals to appear "normal" without the money to pay for the changes, yes. But then again the definition of "normal" is always being adjusted....
The gays, lesbians, and bisexuals can look every bit as "normal" as a heterosexual if they want to. Some people just choose to stand out more than others.
I hope you realize you're about to get a lot of crap for wording your question like that.

Hate to tell you, but they ARE real people, and no it has nothing to do with the dollar, as they are born that way.
