I don't know about right to be mad but come on lets look at this. Mary Kay cosmetics or Steelers game. What did he do, his friend is giving him a ticket..........guys deserve to have great fun times too and I don't think mary kay is fun for guys, not really much fun for some gals actually. I would go to the game if I could so I would definitely not stop my husband from going out of selfish whims of my own, how unfair.......
What guy would choosemakeup and why make him feel bad before he goes to a game, make him feel good, buy him the paint, and one of those big fingers, they are way cool, and a beer hat those are cool too...............life is too short to not have a beer hat
Let him have fun, you love him don't you, how is make up fun for a guy, except to see a lovely face on his wife/sig other but I think the only kind of make up he should be putting on is gold and black paint on his body and face and he should have a great time at the game..............have a great time at your party and then you too can have a great time Sunday night, especially when they win..............go steelers...............
and why would you even want a guy at your makeup party, it is a gal thing and fun that way..............(hope you dont call him every half hour at work)

Why in the world would your husband choose a Mary Kay party over a game. I don't understand the reason you would want him there anyway. I have never seen a man at a Mary Kay party and I have been to plenty.
You are being unreasonable. Let him be a man and go to the game. Get over being mad....he should not be at a Mary Kay party.

I thought Mary Kay cosmetic parties are for women only? Let him go. It will be too cruel to keep him at a cosmetic party when he could go to the steelers game. How about this, say " Yes, I would like for you to be here but I respect you want to go to the game. How about taking me out after you get back for being so understanding?"

He's your husband not your girlfriend. What interest could he possibly have in a makeup party!!! And all the women that come would probably be wondering what this guy was doing there. Send your poor husband to the game, tell him to have a great time, and you try to do the same at your Mary Kay party.

Why do you want your husband at a girly party let him go to the football game. He will just be miserable do you really think that any other guys will be there doubtful. You have no right to be mad if anything I would be happy that he is not going to be around when you ladies are trying out make-up.
Think of it this way it would be like wanting him to come join you at a BJ training session. This is a woman's day, crap real men do not give a sh it about.

Why on earth do you want him to sit at a Mary Kay party? Have you ever been to one before? He will be bored to tears. If I was a woman going to a Mary Kay party, I wouldn't want a man there watching me put make up on. Let him go to the game and tell him to have a great time!

Not really. He has no interest in purchasing Mary Kay cosmetics and got free tickets to a football game when he hasn't been in a long time. You shouldn't be mad at him. Really.

I can quite understand that a man has no interest in a Mary Kay party. Having been to one, as a woman I wouldn't want to go again, it was boring and very overpriced. Would you like to go to a sports memorabilia party with a bunch of men?

You're kidding right? Why would you want your hubby at your Mary Kay party? Let him go with the guys. You don't have a right to be mad at all. This is just silly. Stop being insecure and let him go with the guys. He will love you for it.

hey not to come across rude but I think you should be happy your husband doesn't want to be there. You have all women there doing fu-fu things like trying on make up and doing girly things, why would he want to be there on football sunday?
You have no right to be mad, what if he asked you to be there while he and his friend took apart a car and were putting it back together? You might be into that but you should get my drift. If your husband was into cosmetics then you might actually have something to be mad about.
