The solution is to become a more environmentally conscious business person and wherever possible, make environmentally friendly choices.
Simple, although sometimes a bit more costly, choices like going to energy conscious lighting, recycling paper, plastic and cans and purchasing recycled paper and paper products, are minor things that can have a big impact long term.
