Don't you think that people who multi-task (read,put make up, drink, talk on cell phone...at the same time) while driving should be put in a circus as jogglers?

I call those indivuduals who drive while attempting to complete other tasks other then driving "Organ Donors" because thats what they will end up being. Operating a automobile at any speed is inherently dangrous and is made even more so by the distractions people allow.

No, not at all. People in the circus are people who have unique talents, people you don't see everyday. A lot of people can multi-task- it's a normal thing that would be boring to see at a circus, where you would except to see something different than normal.

I think the danger there would vary... Reading and/or putting on make-up would be extremely dangerous. Cell phones are OK if you are handsfree (no more distracting at that point then having a passenger). Drinking would be minor as a distraction if you are referring to a coffee for example, and illegal if you are referring to alcohol. In which case prison is already an acceptable solution...

Well, I´m impressed with the people who are able to do a lot of things together, more than 3 or 4 I mean, because I prefer to do just one or two things at the same time to be able to keep miself focus in what I am doing.

I'd rather they get taken to the circus, packed into the cannon and get shot at the moon.
The same goes for those really annoying little gits with MP3 phones on the morning train to work who don't even bother to plug in their effing headphones.
I don't want to listen to their crap music, and neither does anyone else in the train car!!

No..I think they should be sent to MY house so they can :
change diapers, play Ben-Ten, pay the bills, rake the leaves, clean the bathtub, make the dinner, do the homework...all while I do one thing...
take a NAP!

But those who can't, I wouldn't suggest doing it. It may cost someone's life.
