In the movie Forrest Gump, What is the disease that Jenny Gump dies from.

Its very possible that if Jenny had AIDs while she was pregnant with Little Forrest that he could have been infected with HIV or AIDs. However, most likely she was not infected she and Forrest had sex and that the pair refrained from sex after she told him she was sick. I think that the writers and producers wanted to keep a already very sad sitation from being made even more sad by having Little Forrest be sick aswell. But its definately a real possibilty that he could have been.

Not if she contracted it after doing it with Forrest and after having the baby. She had a bad drug problem throughout the whole movie. I don't think they actually tell you what she had but they lead you to believe that it was AIDS.

Forrest was smart and used a condom because he knew Jennie liked to sleep around and do drugs.

She said she had a virus...which was HIV. HIV positive does not necessarily mean AIDS.
