Do u smile at strangers??? lol?

I watch in movies all the time that people smile at other people even if they're seeing them for the first time...lol i personally think its weird... Guys get the wrong message u c??? what do y'all say ppl???

Yes, I can agree with you. A guy takes a smile as an invitation that you would like to talk to them. The guys I don't do that with. But on the other hand, if someone speaks to you, and says hello, a smile can be construed as a way of speaking back without having to say the words. I guess its ok sometimes to do.

That's a good question. It really depends on the person, and if there in a good mood or not. true, maybe you cant tell if there in a good mood just by looking at them, but if your observant then I thing you'll find that reading peoples moods is a lot easier then most people make it out to be, I only smile if I'm in a situation where a smile mite be necessary, you know like trapped in an elevator, or maybe just walking next to someone and making eye contact in such a situation, simply ignoring the person would be rude, but then like you said if it were someone f the opposite sex, you wouldn't want to give them the wrong idea.

I smile at strangers all the time. Even when I am not at work (cause I have to at work) But you are right men are the worst at getting the wrong message out of it!!! I am just a nice person that loves to smile and this is my all time favorite poem...

Sometimes I do and I do it because most times when I smile at a stranger they smile back. I usually smile at and say hi to people who are looking a little sad. It seems to brighten them up if only for a moment or two.
