maybe they started typing like that bcoz they didnt know how to type, and then they accidentaly clicked on the caps lock and it went one letter to the other. so they remembered to put the caps back. ...lolol, I think when you dumb thats what happen to you in high school. and so they decide to make it like popular or watever. its disgusting thats all.I always thought that was the case, maybe they dont know how to type, bcoz that takes so much time

It's very sloppy-that's why.
If you'd like people to take the trouble to answer the question, the least you can do is make the effort to type properly.
I use the word 'you' generally.

because some people are very prim and proper and believe everyone should type with perfect grammar, yadda yadda yadda.
and also it's a bit hard to read.

It does look kind of wacko. But I think its cute when the whole question isnt typed that way. It hurts my eyes a little when I have to read things like that

this is my opinion:
we're given a brain to be filled with limitless knowledge.
we're put in a typing class to learn to type well.
and some people decide to embellish their words with stupid stars and lowercase letters.
it's a waste of time.
