How do I make a response to a comment...?

when that person does not allow e-mail? Is there a comment box I can use?

If someone doesn't allow email...then there must be some reason for that...It does not necessarily mean that it has something to do with you or for any hostile feelings regarding you...
By the way you can add you comment to the specific question you asked on which you would like a follow-up..rate the answer...post a consequtive comment..

If they don't allow email, it means they don't look forward to your comments. Simply keep the comments to yourself!
