Stealing is not a good thing to do, you will get caught eventually. I myself turned in a young man that had taken some electronics into the restroom and took them out of the package in there.

Why would you want to steal something and from walmart out of all places? In response to your question but it is difficult.
There are cameras everywhere and there are detectors that you have to walk through when you leave the store that will beep if you are hididng something...AND....they check your reciept.

You pay on your prescription in the previous they provide it to you. you are able to no longer pay for it on the front registers. additionally, a pointy clerk (there are not that many at Wal-Mart) will see that the object barcode does no longer experience the scanned merchandise. Bar code for a prescription won't experience the candy bar shown on the exhibit.

If it's a small and a preferably slim item, yes it's very possible. Such as candy and makeup. Just slip it into your blouse, I don't see why you should have any problem.
