I would say fertility treatments, because they have the highest multiple bith rates out there. And if you really want to get pregnant what is better than upping your chances anyway.

You can take any fertility pills, also an IUI increases your chances of having mulitiple births by 10%, We have been ttc for 4 years now and i have taken clomid, metformin xr, injections, and had my first IUI done almost two weeks ago, so we are just waiting good luck and dont get disappointed if it does not happen the first month just keep trying.

clomid it is a fertility pill but its not that high in conceiving twins but its cheap.
IVF it is a fertility treatment but can produce more then twins and is real expensive

fertility treatments are you best bet at concieving multiples however its not a guarentee since millions of people concieve singletons on fertility treatments.
Just let nature give them to you if you are meant to have them.
