Unpaid Clinton staffer, a retired General, ask a question on gays in the military that was designed to embarrass the Republican candidates, especially the chritians. The question backfired, but CNN admits they knew he was a staffer for Hillery and was one for Keary 4 years ago. Yet, we are supposed to continue to buy their appollogies in the face of such evidence that CNN tried to get away with this sham, then say they're sorry after being caught.
Tell me what you think. Did CNN show remorse because they were wrong?
Or, say sorry because they were caught?

We're not talking about some kind of spin. CNN admitted they did this, their excuse was that they didn't think...
I want your opinions, not CNN spin.

This guy was not a "supporter" He is a Clinton campaign staff member, just not on the payroll. If Rudy put one of his people in the audiance at a Dem debate to ask Hillery a tough question...? LOL

I must quote one of my answerers today Wider S. It shows when HIllary is not even present just how shameless she has become. Don't tell me if you can not manage a campaign of around 3-400 people, 300 million dollars you can be my President? LOL. It's not the Democrat question it is intent to deceive. Again. CNN show remorse? Never. Hillary '08 prepare a statement? Never. Just fire back because they were caught red handed. Again. When will America understand NO change and experience we can live without, again. Thanks! Aloha gf.
edit: CNN did make a statement that they did not know? Then they said that the individual has not made any financial contributions to any one candidate. Just on a committee for Clinton. Get real? That probably means he gave lots of $$???
Sorry got caught. As usual. PLus IF I CAN recall was it not Clinton who spread the no tell policy in the military anyway?
He hated the military and the feelings were mutual for the former Draft Dodger. Thanks Jimmy for the pardon in 1977 for felonies of one WJClintoon.

This is a DAMN good point/question.
Liberals often piss and moan and groan about Civil Liberties, Truth and Justice...and how these are the backbone to our Great Nation. If we just once try to derail these, like B.Franklin said, we will lose our freedom and our liberties!
Well, Chronic Bed-wetters (Liberals), freedom of the Press is one of our fundamental Liberties, as was one of the single greatest Liberty that resulted in the development of our Country. How 'FREE' is this Press if they are staging quasi-real debates and planting questions. Let me help you with this: ITS NOT FREE.
Its a violation of integrity and trust, which we espouse onto the Press in order to obtain a fair and objective view. Their responsibility shoud never be to a single political party, but to the health and well being of the truth!!
CNN is a shame. A wanton liar, that has whored themselves and their Staff to the Liberal Left in such a flagrant display that they only vestiges of accountability and trust they have are within the Liberal left.
They merely apologized to save face from being exposed, otherwise, (if they truly thought it was wrong, and therefore demonstrating they have Integrity and a Moral Fiber) they would NEVER have done IT!
It was a retarded question too. Gay Rights? Sure! Right after we get Christian Rights, Coffee-drinker Rights (especially since those Tea drinkers are getting so damn violent), Republican rights, Democrat Rights, Toyota-Prius driver's Rights (sure, they are small cars but share the road people), Humvee Driver's Rights (as you never know when you will need a Military Fighting Vehicle in your neighborhood), ETC. No special rights for groups with fluid membership.

My question is this: Why does the democratic party continually pull these stunts? Every single time they end up embarassing themselves and get egg on their faces. Why cant we have fair and open and "honest" debates without these inane and self serving and ultimately self defeating tactics by democrats? You dont see republicans planting questions or questioners in the democrats debates! Just like you dont see republicans making fools of themselves like Murtha and Kennedy and Reid and Pelosi etc seem to do if given half the chance.
Ahhh i see now !!! its a question within a riddle within a complete mystery. Just like liberals!!

I thought the questions were to be asked by Americans. So because he's a Clinton supporter he's not an American? How does this qualify as a sham? Are debates audiences supposed to be screened like GW's public appearances so that the GOP candidates are insulated from the entire American audience? BTW, you're the only person I've heard say that the question backfired.

CNN is very biased. They twist things and change stories to fit what they want to broadcast, and don't really care for the truth. As to their "apology," That was as fake as a 3 dollar bill. You can be certain they only put it out there be cause they got caught.

Well, look how evenhanded CNN is behaving with these ‘debates’.
For the Democratic ‘debate’ they had Democratic activists planted in the audience posing as ‘undecided voters’
For the Republican ‘debate’ they had Democratic activists planted in the audience posing as ‘undecided voters’
Is that equal treatment, or what?

I mean REALLY! The nerve! If the GOP and FoxNews did this we would be lynched, boycotted, picketed, called evil, and then Bush would be blamed (of course).
And we're supposed to believe that out of 5000 videos, his was the best on gays and the military? PAHLEEEZ!

I'm wondering what they hoped to gain since it was readily apparent the line of questioning and the one proffering it was a DNC set-up. Last night was simply another example of the bent the main stream media carries.

its pathetic, and the first answerer is totally delusional. if this was the republicans doing this to dems, there would be outrage in every media news outlet. have you looked for this story on cnn.com? one video, no headlines, and in the video, all the interviewer did to ONE of the plants was downplay his role with clinton, and edwards. pathetic.
