It's so easy, a cavemen could do it! All you do is copy/paste the URL of the YouTube vid into the box. Then click on Convert to mp4. (Or, if you just want the audio [for music], then Convert to mp3). Then type in your email.

A few mins later they'll send you an email, just click the link, Download, Save, and save it somewhere. Most audio files are about 2 MB and most video files are around 7 MB, although it varies of course. It depends on how long the video is.

Then open iTunes, at the top click File > Add File to Libary, and click the saved video. It should put the vid into the Movies section.

Then plug in your iPod, click on "_____'s iPod" at the side, then at the top click Movies. Make sure "Sync all movies" is checked.
