why do you feel the need to tell someone you hate them?. Don't waste your precious time on someone you dont even like. Avoid them and that's the end!!!!!. What will you gain from them knowing other then more animosity.

While you are at least trying to do it poetically instead of like some deranged Jerry Springer Show actor, why do you feel it necessary to tell someone something like "I hate you"? Wouldn't silence / avoidance do the trick without you having to be such a bad guy?

If you hate someone, you should not spend the time to write a poem for them, even if it is mean. Immature.

Don't ever tell anybody you hate him. You have to have the heart of forgiveness. I am a christian and it is in the bible that you should forgive your neighbours as your God in heaven forgive you all your sins. Though I don't know which religion set up you belong to we can still make use of the meaningful words in the bible.

write it from your heart, that'll really get teh message across if you use a typical one they might not think your that sincer.
tip: dont think of it as a poem fromt eh begining, just start writing, find how it breaks, and then go back and edit
