Most of his supporters that I know are Italian and it is that Italian thing. OK. I understand ethnic loyalty. But what does he have to offer?

I can't see him taking on Putin except in a brawl and as Guilianai walked out to the alley to fight, Putin would simply push a button and blow up New York.. Well, you know what I mean. Even Putin has more class and is more Presidential. I am really interested in understanding this.

Thanks.

Oh geez, you are kinda narrow minded! That's like saying all of Obama's supporters should be/are black!

As for Giuliani (and as a non-Italian), he is a strong leader, minus the BS. He says what he thinks, and doesn't care if it's 'unpopular'. While a federal prosecutor, he ripped the heart out of the Italian Mafia.

He rebuilt NYC from being the trash heap of the US, back to what it should be- the Capital of the World. Crime during his terms dropped dramatically, as did taxes and welfare rolls.

And don't get me started about 9/11- he performed BRILLIANTLY.

Whoa!!! Slow down. Most Italians I know find Guliani unworthy to call himself Italian. He gives us a bad rap and fits more into the mafia wunnabee types for Italian and non Italian alike.

Ignorant.

He has very sound financial policies and is tough on terrorism.

Try looking at the issues instead of making up a fantasy brawl as your determining factor for the Presidency.

Well, that's one of the more racist rants I've heard.

I'm of Italian ancestry and Guiliani is not my first pick as a candidate. (In fact he is my 5th.)

The main reason that people are siding with Guiliani is because he will be strong on security.

Ethnic loyalty should not be in play here at all, but I can understand why you don't like a particular candidate. I am Black and won't be supporting Obama.

I am not taking race or gender into consideration. I believe people will vote should vote based on the issues. Anyone I know supporting him is doing so because of his beliefs and plans.

This is silly, your premise that supporting Giuliani is an "Italian thing" is off point.

Let me put this into perspective, my blood is nearly 100% Sicialiano (Sicilian) and I don't support him, or any other Republican in the slightest.

He seems like a nice guy but I don't like that he's not pro-life.

I DO like how he says, "And donta forget da po-tato salad"!
