My dog just swallowed a pack of gum now he's vomiting everywhere. ( I know he doesn't have a date because he is neutered. =) So why does it keep eating things he shouldn't? Would he ever learned?

That is called pica. My dog has it too! They NEVER learn. It is a compulsive disorder. My dog has eaten rubber bands, blankets, rocks, feces, toys, paper towels, and his absolute favorite- the after dinner napkins at dinner every night. No, I'm not stupid. We do try to keep these things out of his reach.

he will learned more faster than you.

Pica is actually a neurological disorder and can be helped in part by medication. However, part of what your dog learned is that it's fun to eat things people say don't eat.
