Get the CV joint looked at soon. If the CV joint breaks, you won't be driving at all.

The clicking sound is the symptoms of a damaged CV joint.

Most places replace the entire CV shaft as it is just as cheap (or sometimes cheaper) than attempting to repair the joint.

Get it to a shop. This should be covered by the drive train warranty so if it is under warranty which I believe is 100k miles get it to a Mazda dealership. Don't guesse on something like this.

IT SOUNDS LIKE THE CV-JOINTS ARE GONE AND YOU SHOULD NOT DRIVE IT THIS.

TRY FINDING AN INDEPENDENT AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP INSTEAD OF THE DEALER OR ANY CHAIN STORE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE OVERALL MORE PLEASED WITH THE PERSONAL SERVICE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE.
