Dogs have more of a friendly disposition, they are more loyal, and will listen if you tell them "no". I am a dog person, but I love cats also....they are definitely more snooty than dogs, but can be very loveable. the only thing I dislike about either is cleaning up after them, and cats don't need to be house trained, they sort of automatically use a litter box.

I love animals...and have both a dog & a cat (my cat is sitting right next to me right now) But if I had to choose only one or the other, I would pick a dog.

I love them both and have had both a dog and a cat.
Though I would have to say I am more of a cat person.
I love my cat, she means everything to me.
