My son went to the university of Liverpool with a Navy sponsorship. He got all the information from the navy careers office in Portsmouth. He now has a BEng in Aerospace and an MSc.

There are plenty of colleges, but to enrol in the universities you need to have certain qualifications before they will even look at you.
Liverpool, John Moores, and Hope all have web sites which should tell you the criteria for foreign students.
Liverpool University has its own Royal Naval patrol boat (HMS Charger) that is crewed by students from the University in their spare time

Lots of colleges in Liverpool - explain what you want to study and at what level. Looking at your postings english probably isn't your first language so more information will help.

The Navy in the UK sponsor people on general courses if you commit to serving. There are other routes to study the Navy if that is really what you want.

Try the MOD Recruiting Office at the far end of Castle Street past the Victoria monument on the right before the Court Building. If it has moved the 'phone book will tell you where it is
