If you are the driver (Or any one physically behind or in your car) the sound would be slightly lower in pitch but you should hear it just fine. If some one was in front of your car ,and you are driving towards them, they would'nt hear anything at all untill the car reaches them. This is becasue you are moving at the same speed that the sound is moving. Hence the sound reaches the person in front of you at the same time that your car reaches them.........hmm thats pretty scarry.
P.S. Its important to note that the speed of the sound does not change at any time during this event. Only the frequency and wavelength change. For instance, the speed of sound will not double (which seems to be the intuative answer) , becasue if the speed did doulbe then your car would never be able to catch up with it. Meaning that your car would always be behind the start of the sound wave, and the guy in front would hear the car first...turn to look...and then move out of the way..which will not happen as stated above.

Since you and the car are travelling at the same speed and the horn is in front of you, you will hear the sound as normal. But if the horn were behind you, all would be silent.

it is to be noted that the speed of sound is only 330m/s but speed of light is 3X 10^8 m/s so by the time horn sound reaches ur ear u wud have already raced it and wud be travelling way ahead of this sound ............ what i mean to say is that u will not have a chance to hear this sound at all

May be I think that the sound will be heard by you continuosly even though you stop pressing horn. It will be heard by you until any any thing absorbs it or reflects it.

as the horn i placed in front of the car...... so we will hear the sound quite faster but..... but we will not be able to recognize the difference.....
