I thought it was "North by North Quahog"... I think Brian was trying to clear Chris's name at Tom Tucker's house, but Tom rebuked him so he started wiping his butt on the floor. No I just watched it, it's in North by North Quahog, season 4, ep. 1.

That was the one where he had worms and Stewie paid for his worming meds and made Brian work for him to pay him back...I don't remember episode number though...so I guess I was no help at all..
