if a girl is a uk size 12, 63 kg, (B 33, w 28, h 36) and apple shaped, if she tried to lose weight, can she be hourglass shaped? is there a way of trimming your waist but keeping the hips wide to create the hourglass shape?

The shape that you are is really hereditary. You will always have the same figure, just slimmer.... its your bone structure.

Use a wide belt to accentuate your waist. Start dieting and all sorts of different shapes will appear. Make the most of what you have as sounds fine to me Wished I was your weight a measurements!!

that kind of depends on where you lose weight first. or you could do exercises that tone and tighten your waist.
