"How to replace old hdd in a new pc with a diffferent config without problem of booting giving a blue screen?"
Don't. I have four words for you to learn:

External hard drive enclosure.

You buy one (any major electronics store will carry them, as will online stores such as newegg.com), put the old hard drive in it, connect it to the new computer over USB, and copy over your data files from the old drive to the new computer. Then you can use your old drive as a backup device.

Ok once any computer is installed with whatever OS you can't simply take the hard drive out and put it into another computer and expect it to work. Its configured to that one system and thats it. If you want to use that drive you have to re format the hard drive and do an initial install of windows.

U really need to INSTALL the OS on the machine it'll be used on to let it load all the right drivers for boot sequence. It's trying and finding too many problems so gives up.

www.windowsreinstall.com has guides on reloading wndows if you need it
