For christmas a few years ago my mother-in-law gave us one of those porch geese. Now, even though the goose has never come out of the box, she proceeds to give us clothes for the stupid thing. We (everyone in the family but her) have bets going as to what kind of clothing it will be this year. My money is on a Hawian shirt.

about 5 years ago I was given this purple floral long sleeve belly shirt. The elbows were cut out and it layed off the shoulders with ruffles. There was a Tweety bird and Sylvester patch on the breast and little rainbow patches through out the shirt (I guess to hide the burn marks?) It was hideous!

one year my mom brought me a lemon pie for my birthday, i loved your story that was funny, ive seen those geese on porches before....i can just see it a goose with an hawian shirt

A bottle of perfume that ended up smelling like a mix of barf and pine sol. Then - lucky me - I just threw it in a drawer and forgot about it. Somewhere along the line, it spilled. Now I have one dresser drawer that I don't open because it smells awful.

The gift wasn't weird but the person who gave it to me was. It was a guy in my class who I never spoke to, he gave my a snow globe and wanted to go out with me. I would have said yes but he looked like a psycho.

People keep giving me cookbooks for Christmas. The thing is, it's not normal food. It's gourmet or international cuisine. If you want me to learn how to cook, at least buy me one I'll actually use.

My co-worker gave me a small pink "hello kitty" bag. i'm a grown woman! she also gave me a talking male doll. she gave really bad gifts that one but she was really nice so what could i do?
