The first person is correct. All relationships require work. My husband took great care of me when I had my depression episodes (we were still dating at the time), and stood by me through them. How people deal with there depression though is different, I became very cold, distant, and didn't want to be bothered. If you *truly* love this person stick with them, there will be good and bad times, no matter the people in the relationship. If you do *not* truly love this person, then leave them, because you will not have the patience or dedication to them to be there for them when they might need you.

dating is hard.. it doesn't matter who you are dating and what their past is... it is still hard (at some point).. the only question you have to know the answer to is this. Are you willing to put up with the other persons problems? You see.. everyone has problems.. granted some have more than others.. but we all have them. So are you willing to put up with their problems? That, I can not answer for you.

RRRRRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am 21 yr old. I had dated a man for 2 yrs who had serious depression/anxiety issues b/c of his childhood and especially his mother. Well we got married, had a child and now I am only one taking care of her 'cuz when we were together it was worse! it was like having 2 babies. This person will never "grow up" just depend on your sympathy and stay feeling sorry for themselves. Not trying to be a bi@*#h. Just letting ya know.
