seller said to keep putting water in it so it would be low he did not say why. it needed a battery owner didnt put on in it. he didnt want to put any money into it just sell it. i want to know if its worth getting fixed

Have the vehicle checked over by your mechanic. The battery issue could be just be age, batteries do need to be replaced every few years! Your mechanic should be able to tell you what it would cost to make the vehicle road worthy, and then you can decide if the cost is worth it to you!

It is a very good idea to have any used car (from a private seller or a dealer) checked by your own mechanic PRIOR to purchase!

Water leaks can be many things from a 5 dollar hose to a new block.
