The entire space between the liner and the bath is filled with water and it is starting to pull away from the wall on two sides. We are going to be redoing the bathroom within 2 months, but in the meantime how can we get the water out and still use the bathtub?

I am assuming you have enough space to use one of those long suction with a bulb pump you can squeeze? Costs about $1.00 here in Kansas at any dollar tree or Walmart. Or you can do it the timely way and take a dry wash cloth and put it in the area to suck up the water and squeeze it out until you can't do that anymore then use a hairdryer to do the rest. One can't really answer your question without seeing it.
