you are cheater you boss out of time when you could be doing something else
you are using equipment fo a not job related task
if you are emailing other employees (non business info) you are wasting their time also!!!

1) It's (usually) against Company Policy and at the very least will get you an 'official warning'
2) Company IT Staff keep lists of all the (porno) sites you visited so that your Manager (or HR) has an excuse to 'let you go'
3) Your fellow workers will 'drop you in it' when any promotion (or Bonus money) is on offer, so it goes their way, not yours.
