we are located in one of the spiral arms of the milkyway galaxy and on an even plane to the center of the galaxy and this is the reason we can not see it,, there is to much dirt and debris as well as the thickness of millions of stars to be able to see it,,

Well, it is not visible because:
1) There are huge gas clouds and dust at the galactic core
2) There is huge number of stars that obstruct the vision.
IF you stared at them from around, lets say,200 million mile,
you will be blinded with your eyelids shut!!!!
3) There might be a super massive black hole there.

The milkyway's about 100,000 lightyears in diameter, and we're about 2/3 the way out to the edge, meaning there's about 30,00 lightyears of dust, gas, and stars between us and the galactic core - too much debris to see through. At least, with visible light.

Cores are usually surrounded by clouds of gases and dust, as you can see in any galaxy image.
What there is inside of the core will probably never be seen, in any way, as its now believed that all galaxy has a supermassive blackhole at its core.

Due to dust and debris, which turns out to be really good for us. If the dust was not present, the night sky would be 12x brighter than the full moon, and we would not be able to see many stars.

Since we orbit the Milky Way galaxy near the plane ------- there is just too much dust and DIRT (Ha!) between us and the core to see it visually.

it's obscured by dense gas clouds and star clusters...besides, since the core is a supermassive black hole, the only thing that'd be visible are the distorted images of background stars......
