He got bad intel. However, I do believe he wanted to go in anyway. He just used any excuse possible.

What exactly do you mean he "lied about the whole thing"?
The fact is that the UN inspectors were there to verify that the WMD, the WMD materials, and the WMD delivery systems that Saddam had told them he had were destroyed and properly documented as such.
That included anthrax, mustard gas, etc, plus artillery shells, missile warheads, etc capable of delivering these WMD. The biggest problem was the lack of documentation regarding the disposition and whereabouts of extremely deadly VX nerve gas that had been worked on.
That and the failure by Saddam to allow the inspectors access to facilities.
These were significant breaches of the cease-fire agreement, and as such, per the UN resolutions, brought into play the possibility of military action to force compliance.
So claiming, contrary to the documented facts, that "he lied about the whole thing" is not in accord with reality.

Most went to Syria. The other one we hung.
Saddam was a WMD. He committed genocide against thousands of his own people.

Syria they were found there some time ago,
I wish Clinton and the Democrat party hadn't lied about them and peppered the US public and later Bush with false intel.

If Saddam moved them it would have been to Syria since he had serious problems with the Iranians.

You don't even have to guess.
Bush lied. Everyone with a modicum of intelligence knows that.

Guess you can't think very well....try Syria, as that was tracked by radiation flare signatures from our intel space birds...
I guess you need to change your avatar to an ostrich parking his head in the sand.

They used Cl2 bombs at least once when I was in Iraq, so don't pretend they don't have any chemical weapons.
