Can my school still send me to court if i'm absent a lot?

Well i'm just taking today off so i can finish my english research paper that determines whether i pass this semester or not... don't think i'm skipping just for the heck out it.

Probably not, but if you are going at all, it shows you would like to graduate, which will not happen with too many absences. There are a certain amount of hours per year that a student must attend in order to be considered "complete" for that year.

you go to court if someone sues you, or its some family or guardianship matter or if it's a criminal matter. you don't go there bc you are absent from school.
