I have hundreds of little pearly white wart looking bumps on the shaft of my penis! They are much more noticeable when erect, i tried to squeeze one, i couldnt and nothing came out. They are not painful or irritating! Ive had them as long as i can remember! I havent had a sexual partner in 2 years and am thinking they are looking and feeling worse! What are they? Can i get rid of them?

You need to seek medical attention, sounds like it could be genital warts. You can carry the virus for some time without having a breakout. If this turns out to be the case, the warts themselves can be treated but you'll need to wear a condom in the future to avoid passing the virus to a partner.

You definitely need to go see a doctor about that. Its better for a doctor to tell you what it is (no matter how humiliating at the time) than to self diagnose over the Internet. It may be embarrassing, but it will be much better for you in the long run.

Helpless, they don't sound harmful except for you calling them WARTS (!?!?). They sound like pores to me. They are feeling "worse," but you say they are not painful or irritating. Call an advice nurse at a free clinic, dude. Get your stuff right.

Unless you want your pecker to rot and fall off, go to a doctor- that's a severe case of genital warts. It can be treated and the treatments are painless.

What you have my friend is called pearly penile papulus ( i think that's how you spell it. i have had them to. there are nothing to worry about. and as you age you will out grow them. I would research a little bit about them, or go talk to a dermatologist or your regular doctor. it may be embarrassing or uncomfortable, but that's what they are there for.
