Constitutionally, the Presdient cannot declare war, only Congress can. The answer to that is none, although they did Authorize "war on terrorism" which permitted action against Iraq.

President Bush has declared as many wars as the constitution of the United States permits him to, i.e. none. Only the Congress can declare war and the last declared war the US fought was WWII.

None. The President cannot declare war. Pay more attention in your government classes.

He also didn't need anyone to "permit" action against Iraq. The President, being the Commander-in-Chief, can send the military anywhere he wants. Congress then has 90 days to decide whether or not military elements will stay there.

Zero.

Only Congress can declare war. I believe the last time was against Germany, Italy, and Japan in 1941.

He has however, made war on two countries.
Our constitution
The people
And his God by defying his Gods words.

Oh right, he spoke to God and God told him to invade and slaughter innocent people.

For democracy? Wait, no, WMD's? No wait, Saddam? No wait, liberation? No wait, ........ just what the hell did he invade for? Oh right, oil. Bucks. Halliburton. His friend Cheney. And the Military Industrial Machine that sells at the very least, 36% of the worlds trade in arms and is supplying arms for our two wars.
