I hate to hear WWE is fake, phony, stupid, and UFC is better, I love UFC and WWE, but I just wanna make my point..:::

I love UFC and WWE
WWE is NOT fake you moron. No offense.
How could you call a profession where they dedicate their whole damn lives to fake?
They moves, punches, kicks, hits, are all real.
It is a tv show, a drama series, thats the catch of it if you wanna call that part fake..
They storylines are planned out, thats the fakest part of it.

IF YOU THINK ITS THAT FAKE, I WANT TO SEE YOU PERSONALLY GO THRU THE YEARS OF TRAINING, TRY TO MAKE IT TO THE WWE, THEN WRESTLE IN THE WWE, SEE HOW THE MOVES, HITS, CHAIRS, AND SLAMES REALLY FEEL, THEN ASK IF ITS FAKE..

So if you say its fake then so is the: dedication, money, glory, fame, fans, critics, hatters, lovers, and all the rest..

So you tell us WWE fans if its fake, I guess your just smarter than all of us. No offense, I just cannot stand to hear anyone call it fake.

WWE IS FAKE because the matches and the moves are all planned so there's not a very high risk of getting injured and it doesn't matter how hard they get hit with a chair because they always put their hands in the way.The punches are kicks ARE fake and if you think they are real than watch how they punch and kick and you can tell they don't connect and if they do its a very light punch.Sure wrestling can be dangerous but not very often and you can ask any professional wrestler and they will tell you that its fake FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE.

There's no such thing as having a passion for wrestling and all they care about is the money and fame, hence why The Rock left and so many others because they were offered more money other things like movies etc.

The UFC is real and its not planned and its considered a sport and its taking over boxing.

I like watching wrestling but sometimes people have got to remember that WWE is fake because the WWE wrestlers dont do much to put their bodies on the line because they dont do much apart from punching and clotheslines.TNA wrestlers are always putting their body on the line and doing extra oridinary stuff so TNA is more real than WWE.

I love wrestling and many of the bumps are real but the punches, forearms and other things are not. The pile driver isnt real, nor is the sleeper or any other hold. It takes great athletic ability to perform and people really do get hurt doing the moves but it is NOT a real fight. Of course the matches and feuds are scripted as well. We all know that and it doesnt make it any less fun to watch.

The punches are fake, the slams are real. Get in that ring and let someone give you a backdrop or a german suplex. Tell me its fake then.

I would much rather watch UFC than WWE. Nothin like 2 guys on the floor with their legs wrapped around eachother for 15 minutes gets me pumped.

No they don't, WWE is generally family orientated entertainment so if such shots did exist I don't think they'd be advertising them in storylines... and since they are in storylines then logic sez that they are fake. You can't ask a question on Yahoo Answers, then ask people not to reply. Yahoo is a holiday resort for loons and the insane... Good luck with your search...

People are like that. Let them think what they wish.

Wrestlers are skilled athletes this goes for minor league as well.

Although I remember back in the day when the great Wahoo M'c Daniels (R.I.P.) had a Indian Strap match those were very real. That was because whomever he had one with they had a beef with each other and that was how Wahoo settled differences of opinion with fellow wrasslers then. Those were very real. No story lines there :)

The Mysterious One is a jackass.
Sure the outcome is staged, but the athleticism is very real. People can stand back and say, "This is fake, it's not real", but those same people won't be able to body slam someone around their weight or more, recover, irish whip someone, drop to the floor, get back up, arm toss someone, drop toe hold someone then get back up.
That is about 10 seconds worth of an average match, and most people would be clutching their chest wheezing from the activity.
Wrestling is scripted, but it is highly demanding mentally and physically, with NO off season.

I agree with your idea but you're off track. You lost me when you said the hits and kicks were not fake because most of them are. when they punch each other they lighly do it with their forearms. And the kicks are exaggerated because they slap their thigh to make it sound loud. If you want proof watch every video ever of Shawn Michaels doing the superkick and watch his right hand. But stuff like superplexes, FU's, RKO's, Batista Bombs, You can't fake that.

It is sports entertainment. These guys are athletes. The hits, falls, and punches are real. Sure they are taught how to fall, how to hit, and how to use holds properly. Sometime they do get hurt. It takes a phenomenal athlete to take this abuse to their body nearly every night. Those who say it is fake would not dare get into a ring with any of these guys. The outcome of the matches is scripted. A wrestlers popularity is more often based on his mic skills. Champions are crowned based on who might get better ratings. It is a show. If you don't like it, don't watch it. But let those who do alone. Movies are fake, but I bet you still watch them.
