Seems pretty fair to me. 12.5% is rather large for a pay raise. The standard pay raise is somewhere around 1-2%.

3% of what? if making fifeteen dollars that would be about a fifty cent raise. not to bad. if a person gets more than cost of living it should be based on performance, not just because you show up for work.and remember, any raises they get the PEOPLE of the USA pay for. they have some of the best benefits you can get and get 8-10 paid holidays a year plus vacations, employee discounts. i think they will be just fine.

I bet you also complain about Social Security going bankrupt, and that so much of your pay check is taken out in taxes.

Just encouraging all the workers to expand their employment opportunities to include the street.

If we can't get rid of them we might as well underpay them.

president bush serves a different purpose than what you think. he has bosses too that dictate what he is supposed to do
