First, let me make sure I understand what you mean. The words that you say can take on the form of a slogan without thinking of their meaning:
1. "of the people" - the President is a normal American person as opposed to being a person of privilege.
2. "by the people" - the President is chosen by the "popular voice" of the people rather than manipulated into office by a well-connected few.
3. "for the people" - hand in hand with #2, a president elected "by the people" will work for the "general welfare" rather than to the benefit of the few people who placed him into office.
I do think that Ron Paul fits these three criteria. While I am hopeful in Paul's case, I am skeptical that we can consistently get a person like him into office. There is no such things as the "voice of the people" though a significant and energetic portion of the people may at times make changes.
We wrap up politics in grand terms of democracy and republic, but in the end, it comes down to selecting rulers. The position of ruler attracts people to act for their own benefit. And when they can hide their self-serving acts in terms of populism, they can successfully act behind the scenes.
Ron Paul is indeed a more typical American than most politicians. Whatever people might have against him, it can not be disputed that his support is from the ground up - that he is not supported by lobbyists or special interests. He is for the people in that he wants to reduce the burden of the rulers on the American people.
If he succeeds in being elected, the elite who benefit from the political process will simply retrench. Unless enough Americans comes to recognize politicians for who they are - would-be usurpers of power - we will be doomed to be conned by visions of populism to electing people who represent narrow interests.

Well I support our president right now. No matter who is president I will support him/her. There is no use of whining or complaining about the President. We chose him to lead our country, now we need to support our decision. Even if you didn't vote for him. This is America we have it better then most countries yet all I hear is complaining!!!! We need to support our leader and our troops!!!! The President has so many advisers that advise him on pretty much Everything so it's not just him making any 1 decision!!!

we can get that in democratic form of government, as it is should stricly observed because democracy means govenment of the people, for the people and by the people, and should not be interpreted as government -off the people, -buy the people and -fool the people.

That's the easiest question ever asked. Just look to the White House now. President Bush is a man of the people, by the people, and for the people. I am, as most Americans, are proud of our President.
Thanks for the two points.
