First of all, hormones evoke sensations, not emotions. Emotions are far more complex. The "organ"...let's call it instead a particular venue. The solar plexus is the physical seat of our emotional center yet the emotional center, like all four of the lower centers resides in our entire being.
Regarding hormones, the adrenal gland evokes a fight or flight response...the posterior pituitary gland evokes a maternal response. These are the only hormonal responses I can think of that resemble emotions. Doesn't mean there aren't more.

It's in your brain.
You don't feel hormones as emotion - but hormones can affect emotions due to the chemical imbalance they cause in your brain.
You should probably do some research on wikipedia, or other sites dedicated to the subject matter rather than asking on yahoo! answers. Make sure to quote your sources, and don't just cut and paste - teachers are getting better at nailing people for plagiarism.

The very most primitive part of your brain, the amygdala, is responsible for emotions. It sets up the rest of the body to respond to whatever caused the emotion.
