Who the hell do these people telling you to ''harden up'' think they are! I hate people who are so ignorant towards any kind of mental illness.
Anyway my only advice is to go to your dr, that's what i did.

I too have social anxiety and panic disorder. It is not a joke as I'm sure you well know. I'm currently in college and it's really hard. In my instance, I'm not paranoid, but I really choke up when I'm called upon to do something and have to fight of the panic. It's difficult stick with it. I have to give an oral presentation next week and I'm really stressing about it. A good website to visit is anxiety zone.com. It has helped me tremendously.

I am single mum. I have been suffering for panic attacks for some 15 years now, though it was not until recently I understood what they were. They were progressively getting stronger and more frequent, stopping me from some days even leaving my house. I read this book and it all made perfect sense.
I am not saying I was not terrified of putting theory to action, I was more scared of that than the next attack! But I decided to view it as a game, one I had control of and could therefore not lose!

It's called life and the only thing you can do with life is to live it.
Don't label yourself it just pulls you down and makes you feel even more crap.
Look for something good in what you are doing and think, 'well at least this is good,' then look for ways to make the other things fun, use your imagination and be creative.
Best of luck.

I know it must be hard but try and be as positive as you can.
When you have a more positive day you should treat yourself to something nice !
You wont always be an apprentice !
In time you will look back and wonder what all the fuss was about !
Good luck cutie

each day look for something interesting you will be doing
try to learn someone else's job and how it is done.
see how your job fits in with all the others
In other words take your eyes off yourself and put them on someone or something else.
Your anxiety and paranoia won't get a chance to get started
Get interested in others and other things and how it all works
