As am graduated from Faculty of Commerce Administration Section, and I have work experience of work experience for 30 years in Head of Administration Dept. in a Companyand previously was secretary . Do I have to make some studies in USA to be able to work or I can work directly with my education and experience certificate as I have very well english language.

No, they start getting rid of workers in their late 30's and early 40's due to insurance costs. And we have very few jobs here now - with the third world invasion going on.

Secretary certainly won't be an issue, the Administration department issues may be different because labor laws are different but there are continuing education courses you can take to brush up.

There is in fact a difference getting hired older, even though I don't know that it is outright discrimination. Older employees tend to be more expensive so if a junior person can do the job at a lower rate, that is attractive. That is reality. However, I have heard that we don't have the same level of 'discrimination' here that other countries have in that regard. Mind you, it may be because we don't have the same pension benefits....

If you're a legal citizen of the USA, then there is nothing legal that can hold you back.

With your resume as described above, I think you should get some good results. It may not be as good as you would hope, but you sometimes have to work up in the chain.

It is very hard to find a job in any field after you are 50. Employers like applicants best who are 25=40. After that age they assume you are to expensive, tired, old and set in your ways.

You most likely can work. You won't start at the head but can work your way up again.
