Weather change. The humidity level makes a big difference in how your hair behaves! I was advised by a hair dresser that there are several really good products out now that will be better on hair & do the same job. Your beautician more than likely sell products from the shop that they could recommend professionally. When you find out the products you can probably get them cheaper online...

Hey, I have curly hair and what i do is I GO CURLY. It is so hard to have it straighten. What I use is a solution call Setting lotion. I just wash my hair and try to dry it as much as I can with the towel. Then I apply the pure solution on my hair and it keeps my curls looking good and shinning. For the next day just apply a little bit of water on your hair with your hands and you activate the solution. Plus it doesn't cost a lot. Good luck!

Your hair is dry probably because you've been frying it with 375 degree heat =/ I do the same thing daily but I use a thermal protector that protects my lovely strands(lol) from the blow dryer and straightener/curling iron...Find a good product and USE IT!
PS. Don't listen to the idiot who said chemically straighten it...that's damage that'll last until your hair grows out

if you have been straightening it a bit it is likely that your hair has been damaged as heat is never good for your hair, hairdryers and bleach etc will also do that too it i would recomend getting a hair moisturiser and not straightening it again for a few weeks untill it is normal again otherwise a permenant straightning will just make it worse, it will make it straight but also rougher and dryer, i had the same problem but with bleach it even got to the point that whenever i put bleach in my hair my hair was all breaking off
solution: never bleached my hair again and let the natural oils back in.

if your gonna go to a professional dont just go to any hair dresser, go to a beautician. There is a difference. A hair dresser will wash and style your hair, but a beautician is trained to recognize damaged hair and the proper way to treat it.
