You don't really make sense. Amigo is Spanish for friend, Amigo is masculine and Amiga feminine although when referring to friends as in plural often it is just referred to as amigos but can take in the 2 genders. Anonymous is unknown as in often after a piece of poetry if the writer is unknown it simply says anonymous or perhaps if a person gives a donation to charity and does not wish to be recognised so no donor's name given it would be classed as an anonymous donations. Hope this helps but what you mean by in amonst blue collar I haven't a clue.

"Anonymous" is not a neologism. It's been around for a long time.
"Amigos" is borrowed from Spanish. I wouldn't call that a neologism either.

If you are wondering about a specific situation, observe the people in that situation and see what language they use.
