Fried food. Potatoes. Heavy fried food. And milk. And throwing up is good for you. Gets the poisoning out, which is what you are doing to yourself. Then you can layer your tummy with greasy fried food to coat it.

Dry toast is good, especiallly befoe you go to bed after drinking, however, it is just as effective in the morning.

Make sure you drink a lot of water and don't urinate unless you really have to... Hangovers occour when your body becomes de-hydrated, so you want to keep as much liquid in you.. Ofcourse, don't hold it in until it hurts..

Food wise? Make yourself some dry toast for now, if you are still hungry in a bit, but feel better, a greasy fry-up sounds like the next best plan of action...

Also? Give yourself some TLC :)

Every time I get a hangover, I demand that someone fetch me 'the cure'. For me, thats a quarter pounder and chips. I can always judge how bad my hangover is as to whether or not I get nauseous eating it.

Really icy cold coke or milk is the best drink to go with. Then go back to bed with the papers and pray for the day to be over.

Don't listen to all that oatmeal rubbish. The greasy foods are the way to go. Bacon and eggs are good, but only if someone else is going to cook them for you. A Whopper and greasy fries, how can you go wrong?
