Naturally your body starts to shut down after 5:00 pm which means your metabolism slows down. That means you shouldn't eat anything after this time, and especially not eat anything right before you go to bed. That's fat storage waiting to happen!

Also, are you stressed? Stress can cause a chemical in your body to store fat as well. Believe me, I know! I gained 15 lbs 2 months before my wedding due to the wedding planning. LOL

Watch what you eat and drink. Im a personal fitness trainer and people think they can eat what ever they want and make it up by doing a lot of cardio or exercise, thats not true. Your body can only burn so many calories at a time, if you eat more calories than you burn youll never lose weight. Also try drinking a lot of water all day, berfore and after you eat and when you go to bed. Count less studies show water naturaly helps speed up your metablisem.

Yes. I think you have to exercise way more than what you eat. then won't have to watch what you eat so much. Also, I think it's now what you eat, it's how much of it and how often. Good luck to you.
